Andrea Singsaas is an award-winning executive coach and international keynote speaker, known for her direct and strategic approach to leadership development.

She helps executives cut through complexity, accelerate growth, and lead with clarity and impact. With a background in international consulting, project management, and communications, Andrea has worked with leaders from Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, and high-growth startups.

Her clients include professionals from Accenture, Amazon, the Department of Defense, Google, Home Depot, Target, MIT, and Splunk. A former healthcare marketing executive, Andrea has also led major initiatives for organizations like Gallup and the Arizona Coalition for Military Families.

She is a proud alum of both the George W. Bush Veterans Leadership Development Program and the Military Spouse Leadership Development Program hosted by the Military Spouse Advocacy Network—experiences that further inform her work with leaders navigating high-stakes environments and complex personal commitments. Andrea holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, a BA in Communications from Simpson College, and multiple leadership certifications, including from Harvard and the McChrystal Group. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
