Chuck Tyler

Chuck Tyler is a U.S. Army veteran, IP advocate, and the CEO of Veterans Intellectual Property (VIP), an organization committed to protecting and elevating the intellectual property of veterans, especially Black and Brown inventors. With a mission to close the racial wealth gap through legal empowerment, Chuck leads VIP’s efforts to defend, license, and monetize innovative ideas that too often go unprotected. A fierce believer in education and equity, he collaborates with trademark and patent attorneys across the country to bring IP access to the frontlines of underrepresented communities.
