As the Founder and CEO of MXI Consulting and Managing Partner of M3D Technologies, Justin delivers strategic guidance and innovative solutions to companies across industries, ranging from tech startups and healthcare providers to government and defense contractors. Following his Navy career as a Hospital Corpsman Aerospace Medicine Technician, Justin successfully transitioned into civilian life, leveraging military leadership principles, disciplined execution, and a passion for continuous innovation.
