Leah Stiles is a retired Navy Senior Chief and the Founder & CEO of SEA WAVES, the only veteran-led nonprofit focused on eating disorders in the military community. Drawing from her own lived experience, Leah turned personal struggle into purpose—building a mission-driven organization that advocates for education, access to care, and systemic change. She’s passionate about helping veterans transform their stories into solutions and believes that when you need a light, sometimes you become one.
