A retired Army officer with over 20 years of service, Ryan completed three combat deployments to
Iraq and a peacekeeping mission to the former Yugoslavia. His military accolades include the

and the Combat Action Badge - honors that underscore his leadership under pressure and

book in the human resources category. The book blends practical recruiting strategies with
forward-thinking insights on how AI is transforming the hiring landscape, and it has become a go-to

He's also the founder of the Veteran Social Summit, a powerful virtual platform connecting over
1,000 veterans, military spouses, and advocates annually for conversations on entrepreneurship,
career growth, and community leadership.
Ryan's expertise and energy have earned him speaking invitations across the country. He took the
stage at the Military Influencer Conference (MIC) in 2024 and is slated to return for MIC 2025 and
MCON 2025, delivering keynotes on modern leadership, veteran transition, and business innovation.He also serves as the Chicago Bunker Labs Ambassador for the Institute for Veterans and Military
