Leadership is a demanding role, in or out of uniform, in public service, corporate, or non-profit enterprises. A key skill for leaders is self reflection…knowing where you came from, where you are going, and the continuous learning needed to adjust along the path. After losing both parents at age 17, Bill overcame the odds, and built a highly successful Air Force career. Participants will hear what he learned along the way, and how they can apply it to their own lives.
